Zoomed in
In the wild Punta Cana Dominican Republic
On the resort grounds there is a big area dedicated to wildlife
and we have spotted many beautiful bird this year!
The White Heron and Egret  resemble each other closely
Hum which one is he ? Now I am thinking Egret,
The only information I found on the Great White Heron says they are only found in Florida USA and numbers are declining !
Thanks for the Fave by Sugaree33-Art

Fantastic shot Gigi.  I was forgetting you had a Nikon but just found this in the D7000/D7100 group.

That's good to hear, I wish more people had one of each because some are so very rude about 'the other brand'.  I was getting rather cross with some of my camera club people who use Canon and seem to think they are elite, and that this gives them the right to ridicule Nikon users.  'To each his own' I say, and don't 'rubbish' other people's choices :iconshakestickplz:  There was one in particular I'd have happily :fork: the other day.  Not in the eye, but a nicely aimed shot to the :iconbuttshakeplz: would have cheered me up no end :D

You do well to flit between the different controls.  I believe they are laid out quite differently.

Yes they do have there functions in different places, it is taking me
A while to learn the Canon because it is more expensive I don't take
It just  anywhere especially on the trips with beach and salt water
And the lenses I use the most --- the micro and 300 mm I don't
Have yet for the Canon, I am slowly saving because for the Canon
I am hoping in time to get the red line lenses (very expensive)
But gives a much nicer quality result in the photos, so no rush, I
Treat it as my Futur camera and slowly learning it :giggle:
