Athabasca River by gigi50 Athabasca River by gigi50
The Athabasca river is quite long and vast with twists and turns
and has many islands in it which makes it interesting and great for nice capture.
It is quite fast & furious at this time of year!
It is 1,538 km long, it is Alberta's longest undammed river,
second largest by volume.

Really nice shot but, I think you shouldn't have cut it so close up. You could've let us see a bit of the river coursing at the bottom :)

I am on the edge of the highway,
there is a cliff and the river turns beneath
If I turned my camera down you wouldn't see the mountains

I would of had to stand further down the road
